Here’s the audio and YouTube video for Striper the Kitty
 A song about a little boy who finds a kitten and brings him home. But things aren’t exactly as they seem.  (This song is NOT really about a kitty! Can you figure out what baby animal it’s really about? Hints are under the video).

Striper looked back at me and then he blinked goodbye
Then they ran off together while I laughed and cried

    It’s sad and also happy. Little Striper gets to be back home with his mom again. Sometimes you have to give up something you care about, to do the right thing :) I just made up the story, but in my mind, the boy goes back and visits Striper sometimes in the woods, and they stay friends :)
